E. Parthasarathy, a distinguished veteran of the Indian Army (CRPF), served from 2002
to 2010. He earned recognition for his selfless dedication to helping others, including
being hailed as a “Good Samaritan” in 2017 for saving two lives in a road traffic
accident. He was also awarded the “Best Social Service NGO of the Year 2024” by
Aram Virudhugal in Chennai.
After his retirement, Parthasarathy transitioned to security management in Chennai,
where he leveraged his expertise to initiate life-saving training programs. To further his
mission, he founded Raksha Seva Trust, an NGO dedicated to empowering individuals
with life-saving skills.
Through Raksha Trust, Parthasarathy and his team has trained approximately 65,000 individuals across diverse groups in Southern India since 2010, including:
